Web Design Proposal RequestThe purpose of the Web Design intake form is to gather enough information to write a professionally researched Web Design proposal. It is important for us to understand your product or service and the finer details of your target market. Please take your time and care when filling out this form as the more we know about your needs the better we can fulfill them. If there are any additional details or materials you think would benefit us in understanding your design needs, please include them in an email or detail them in the additional comments section.

2. Is this in Wordpress or Joomla!? If neither, please indicate which platform you would like your site to be built on.
3. Do you have an intended color scheme for this site? You may reference other sites as well.
